Everybody knows most people get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Fighting the crowds of cranky people who are all trying to find that perfect gift that they’re not sure they can afford. FAMILY, FUN, FOOD and lots of FA LA LA LA’S?? Yeah, I know…..For most people the holidays end up being a stressful time having to deal with the family members and in-laws that drive you CRAZY!
This too was me…..But, not this year! I went into the holidays using several of the Seven Laws of the Mind…..

The Law of Relaxation, The Law of Forgiveness, and The Law of Growth.
The Law of Relaxation: I went into the holidays continuing to remind my self to stay relaxed with an open mind. I wasn’t going to let anything shut the door on it. I was tested at times, but kept picturing “bear hugs kettle” and then the thought was gone.
The Law of Forgiveness was another big one for me. But, I knew that I must forgive hard feelings from the past and let it go to my higher power.
Then The Law of Growth came into play….. You see, the law of growth states whatever we think about grows! I went in forgiving, and staying relaxed and I GREW and so did EVERYTHING and EVERYONE I was thinking about! I had the most amazing holiday season! Even with those in the past I have not necessarily enjoyed the time with, I loved and cherished every moment. I laughed until I cried! I felt love and loved back with no question. It was truly amazing!
I look forward to many more Holidays instead of Hellidays!

Does your phone feel like it weighs 10 tons every time you go to make possibility/prospecting calls? Too heavy to pick up? I was having the same problem and then:
NARC was introduced to me!! No, I’m not talking about drugs! NARC stands for Neurological Associative Reactive Conditioning…..WOWZAS! What’s that?
Really it’s very simple pleasure feels good, pain feels bad. Leverage your mind and CHOOSE!
We were given an assignment this week to read our DMP, goals, look at our dream board and dump them into the trash right before we make calls to possibilities/prospects. YIKES! That doesn’t feel good to have my DREAMS, MY PURPOSE, MY GOALS in the TRASH!
Most people throw their dreams away EVERYDAY! I know, I was one of them!!
I sat there looking at the trash and sobbing. I’m quitting by leaving those in the trash! What a bad example for my kids!! I continued to sob for a few more minutes and then picked up the phone….. Made calls for a half and hour and then grabbed them out. WHEW! Thank goodness, I got them back! Felt GOOD!
I am learning/training my brain to associate pain with NOT making calls and Pleasure with making them! What a great feeling! Fun too!!!

This week was a trying week for me…. Really testing so many things I have learned and have been
working on up to this point. With the holidays coming up, I had packed my schedule full! Then, it happened….My kids got sick (my littlest really sick), I got sick, my husband got sick (it was scary)! At one point I started laughing…Not because it was funny that everyone was sick, but because I couldn’t have the negative thought in my head, I needed to change it. We made it through a long week and I thought we were on road headed in the right direction….Then it happened again….I had been at my son’s school helping with the winter party and was now on my way to preschool to pick up kids….And our 12 passenger van stopped…..JUST STOPPED! I was supposed to be there in 10 minutes to pick up! What was I going to do? I had 4 little ones with me in the van and 3 waiting for me at school. My husband was 5 hours away from home! I sat for a moment and remembered something I learned this past week….
*Where there is trust there is peace
*Where there is trust there is faith
I picked up my cell phone and started calling neighbors….before I knew it I had 4 of my neighbors there helping! They were jolly and laughing, took the 4 little one’s back to my house and I picked up another vehicle of ours and drove to preschool and got the other children. The van was still stuck and a snow storm was due in that night. I kept reminding myself….
*Where there is trust there is peace
*Where there is trust there is faith

I had my daughters CHRISTmas program at church in an hour….. My neighbors said, you go and enjoy. Trust us, we will get your van back home! At first I was a little skeptical, but I let go and trusted….. Not only did I ENJOY the evening, when I got home, guess what? The van was in my driveway!
Where there is trust there is peace….
Where there is trust there is faith…..

Most people at one time in their life have experienced the CRAZINESS of Black Friday. I know in my family it is tradition to get little or NO sleep and go shopping at crazy hours of the morning….Or,
this year from midnight to 9am!
It always amazes me though how so many people are looking for great deals for CHRISTmas gifts, a day after we celebrated THANKSgiving, yet they act like RUDE wild animals! Yelling and screaming….And also those that try to cram into line at the last minute, in front of those of us that have been waiting in the 15 degree weather for an hour! Watch out, or you’ll get run over in the stampede! It BLOWS my mind every year that a time of year that we especially embrace love, is so full of greed and nastiness!
This year, I had been reading The Scroll Marked II out of The Greatest Salesman in the World….. All about LOVE! “I will greet this day with love in my heart.” This year, Black Friday stood out even more, because those words were at the front of my mind. LOVE IN MY HEART! Each store that I entered, I made sure that before I went to get the item I came for, I actually went up to a worker and said “Thank you” and “I’m sorry for the way that some people are treating you.” There was a worker at Target, that said “Thank you, I so appreciate that…People have been so rude and mean today already.” My heart ached for her, and all I could feel was more love. Yes, there were moments of frustration for me too. But I just kept picturing big red hearts floating around and calmness would come over my body. I felt love for the people that were being rude too, I felt love for the freezing cold weather that numbed my toes and fingers, I felt love for my tired body, I felt love for being able to watch the sun come up after being up all night long.
I love this Scroll. Everyday I think how these four pages are continuing to change my life for the better.
What an amazing journey it has been so far!

Just curious, do you know how to ride a bike? The answer for most people is going to be yes. But my question is, did you just hop on that bike as a child and take off riding? The answer for most of us is no. You see as infants we have to build up our strength to first learn how to hold our head up, to rolling over, to sitting up, to crawling, to walking, to running, to then learning how to ride a bike. But most people even after all of that don’t just get on the bike and take off, they need training wheels to help direct their balance and gain strength and most of all confidence. I was recently inspired by my 6-year-old son, whom we were trying to get to learn to ride his bike without training wheels all summer long! He wasn’t interested in riding his bike, in fact, he didn’t like it at all! He was scared and didn’t believe that he could do it! So, he went all summer long not riding his bike at all! When his friends would ride their bikes, he would run along side them! He had mentally defeated himself before he even tried to do it!
Then one Friday this fall, he came home from school and put on his helmet and grabbed his bike! I followed him down the driveway to our street to “help”. We had put a “buddy bar” on the back of the bike to be able to hold on while he was learning to ride. He got mad at me and told me to let go. I let go and walked up and sat on our front steps. For the next 20 minutes I watched him with great determination that he was finally going to get on his bike and ride! And guess what? HE DID IT! And when he fell, he got back up and tried again! 30 minutes in, he was riding like a pro! He had the strength he just needed to get the confidence and balance. He had to do it when he was ready! He had to direct his subconscious mind in the direction of telling him that HE CAN DO IT!
In the Master Key System Part 5 we learn that 90% of our mental life is subconscious! Our subconscious can and will solve ANY problem for us if we just learn how to direct it!
How many times do we do this in our business? How many times have we tried to build our business without first gaining the strength and balance to do so? How many times have we fallen because we haven’t yet learned the skills? How many times have we let our subconscious mind defeat us because we didn’t know how to direct it? But…There is a choice! It’s all up to you to choose to get up and start over! You can learn to direct your subconscious in the right direction! Right now, I am starting from the beginning using the Master Key System. I am learning the skills, gaining the strength, balance and confidence I need to “remove my training wheels” and to take off riding on my own! What will you choose to do?
If you need help learning to “ride your bike” stay tuned to learn more about the Master Key System.

Everybody knows that we all dream. Dreams come in all colors, shapes and sizes. Most people know the story of Cinderella, right? We could all learn a lesson from Cinderella, who never stopped dreaming or believing that her dreams would come true. Why can’t we live “Happily ever after?” Since I was little, I’ve always been a big dreamer. Most people have their dreams squashed by society by the time they reach adulthood. It’s not their fault….You see, we are taught not to dream too big, because you don’t want to be disappointed, or you don’t want to feel like a failure. The truth is…..“The only thing that will stop you from fulfilling your dreams is you!” There are two types of people in this world, those that choose to let other people be in charge of their dreams, and those that take charge of their own dreams! This week in the Master Key Master Mind Alliance, our assignment was to create a dream board. So, I started to create my “dream board”. I started envisioning it and creating it while my children were napping. My middle daughter (just turned 4) walked in and looked at one of the pictures and said “Mommy!!! How did I get in that picture? I said, “Well, Mommy put you there. This is Mommy’s dream board.” And she got so excited and yelled out “Oh Mommy, can this please be a dream come true!” If only we all lived through the eyes of a child before society tries to stomp on our dreams and tells us to not dream too big! If only we all lived like Cinderella! It has been pure excitement to create my dream board. To place pictures of myself and my family on it, to help create the vision. To place a date and time that it will happen. Pure excitement to see my dreams being fulfilled! If you are struggling with your dreams and would like to have help fulfilling them, please stay tuned to find out more through the Master Key System!

Og Mandino in The Greatest Salesman in the World talks about one of the biggest demons in one’s life being habit…”Good habits are the key to all success. Bad habits are they unlocked door to failure.”
Most people have “bad habits” that are keeping them from succeeding in their business. The key is learning to lock the door and throw away the bad habit key and to walk through the door of good habits. I know, I know, easier said than done. It’s a choice, and it’s choosing to retrain your brain to choosing the good habits.
I have a bad habit of never saying no to people and trying to do everything on my own. Most people would call me a yellow. Recently, I had asked my spouse to clean the bathrooms for me and he said he would do them that night. I was going to be gone overnight and our children were going to be at their grandparent’s house overnight. When I returned the next morning…No clean bathrooms! UGH! I was irritated! I thought well, I better quick clean the bathrooms before I pick up the kids…First though, I read Og’s The Scroll Marked 1. I then got up and was going to clean the bathrooms and then it clicked in my head! BAD HABIT! My spouse was supposed to do it, not me! As much as I wanted the bathrooms clean, I needed to change my old habit. I thought about calling him, but then thought no, RESIST. I am trying to retrain my brain. So, I did my other chores and then went on my way to pick up the kids. As I was driving I was coming up on an overpass on the highway, and all of a sudden this calmness fell over me. I felt on top of the world! There were no hard feelings. When I got home that afternoon, I think my spouse was a little surprised that I hadn’t cleaned the bathrooms for him! I never said anything and guess what? He started cleaning the bathrooms! It felt so good that I had really pushed through a bad habit of mine and retrained my brain with a good habit.
How many times do we all do things like this in our business? How many times do we take on other people’s responsibilities? How much time do bad habits take away from building yourself and business up? It’s not about my clean bathrooms…It’s about retraining my brain with new good habits!

Have you found your DMP in life? Most people search their entire lives and never find/discover their true DMP.
How many times have you told yourself “I WILL do _ _ _ every day?”
How many times have you followed through and stuck with it?
Has this kept you feeling “STUCK” in your life and business?
Over the last two weeks I have been working on my personal DMP and learning to use the Master Keys to help unlock the powers within myself, because in order to succeed in anything in life you need to learn to help yourself before you can help others. “You need not acquire this power. You already have it.”
Want to learn more about unlocking the power within yourself? Stay tuned to learn more about the Master Key, Master Mind Alliance and to find out how you can become a part of it!
Welcome to my journey…buckle up, it’s going to be an amazing ride!
